I enjoy a more lecture type approach to teaching with a lot of pupil/class participation. All my classes would begin with a recap of our last session followed by an overview of the upcoming one. All lessons would be tailored towards the final examinations that you are preparing for so that you are efficiently using your time although please note that I will ensure you have a grasp on all topics which you are supposed to be studying.
During my years in higher education I was head girl and regularly tutored younger classes in English and Business. Assisted a number of people with hard to grasp topics in Intellectual Property Law, Contract Law, Company Law and developing their essay technique to achieve first class essays. Hoping to help other students to achieve their true potential at A-Level and beyond.
All cancellations will be considered on a case by case basis. Please note that if a cancellation is made with less than 24 hour notice, you may be expected to pay half of the price of your session.
I attended a state grammar school for my secondary and higher education where I achieved 6A*s and 5A's at GCSE level including A*s in business studies, history, english literature and geography. I then moved on to study English, History and Business & Economics at A-Level for which I achieved A, A, A* respectively. During my time in Sixth Form I worked as Head Girl, a Mental Health Ambassador and a student mentor for more disadvantaged students. I then progressed onto University where I studied at Undergraduate Level my Bachelors of Law at the University of East Anglia. I received an unconditional offer to study there and during my time accumulated 3 separate awards for exceptional performance in Contract Law, Land Law and for best grade in First Year. Over my time at University I competed in Client Interviewing and Negotiating competitions, reaching nationals in Client Interviewing. I graduated from University with a First Class Honours and proceeded to secure a Training Contract at a top tier law firm where I will qualify as a Solicitor in the next few years. Currently I am working as a Financial Litigation Paralegal at that firm, specifically specialising in asset-finance disputes working closely alongside the civil court process.
