TEFL Main Trainer
I spent 3 weeks training new TEFL teachers in Phuket, Thailand. Each day would involve the
presentation of various TEFL topics for the trainees, all planned out by myself and my assistant
trainers. With teamwork and lots of preparation I felt comfortable and confident presenting in front of
the 20 trainees. I also took a maternal role as the main trainer, having to look after my trainees in a
new country, dealing with lots of problems along the way. This role made me realise how experienced

and my educational background really helped. I used fun and interactive ways to engage the children;

This role put my communication skills to the test whilst collecting patients for surgery. I had to read
