I base my methods around each pupils individual preferred learning styles and weaknesses, with particular focus on how to get the most marks out of the topics you fully understand, and how to gain at least a few marks even when you are unsure of the answer. In biology understanding the basics first and building upon them is crucial. I am particularly good at explaining human biology as a have a deep interest in it myself and grew up with two medical parents.
I am 20 and currently going into my second year studying Biomedical sciences at Newcastle university. I currently have a 1st (77), and I am a peer mentor as well as student ambassador.
I have been giving lessons since last year and have gotten 2 students from 4/ low 5 grades to high 7/8 grades. The second of which I achieved over last summer and meant the student who was previously advised to take Foundation tier Chemistry is currently expecting an 8.
I genuinely enjoy helping others succeed and would love to help more students attain their full potential and bump up their science grades.
If you have reason to need a different number of lessons and would like a pack discount please message me to discuss prices.
I am also understanding of needing to cancel or move lessons, and I am willing to give refunds for lessons not undertaken within reason.
