300 Hr Yoga teacher offering group and private classes. Specialising in kids yoga, hatha and yin to work on spiritual, emotional and physical imbalances.

Methodology

I tailer all of my classes so that the sequence is accessible to all and I ensure that everyone leaves the class feeling balanced, grounded and relaxed.

Experience

I have been working as a teacher for many years and had a passion for yoga. I taught kids yoga and then trained in Hatha yoga in Italy with a yoga master, more recently i completed an in depth yin teacher training in Abu Dhabi.
