My lessons are fun and will leave you feeling stretched, happy and a bit tired, whether you are wanting to learn some basic skills, find a fun way to keep fit or practice more advanced moves, I have something for you.
If you want to learn a good handstand or develop handstand skills, shapes or work with canes, I can help! I have been now practicing and teaching Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin yoga for many years. I have studied different styles of Yoga in Spain, India and the UK. I also love the holistic aspect of yoga and have studied aromatherapy, massage and sound healing so if you are interested in a holistic therapy session let me know! :) Basically my classes are tailer made for each individual so just let me know what your interests are and I will create something special just for you. No experience necessary, any age welcome :)
I have a background in gymnastics but am now circus obsessed and spend most of my time upside down. I have over 400 hours qualifications in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. I have level 2 gym instructor and will soon have level 3 Personal Trainer. I love to study and learn new things as well as teach and share my knowledge.

Me and my daughter Clara (4 year old) did a short yoga lesson with Jenny. She was able to adapt the lesson to our skill level (or lack of haha) and made it enjoyable and calming, really relaxing. She thought my daughter techniques and breathing exercises that she happily remembers and use when she needs!

Jenny is a brilliant teacher and her sessions are always fun and energising!
She has great intuition and always pays attention to your preferences and the limitations of your body and adjusts her yoga poses accordingly.
She will advise you to reposition slightly so you get the most of every pose you do!
She is also kind and personable and I'm always very comfortable doing yoga with her. I highly recommend her as an instructor.
I had yoga lessons with Jenny after having back problems and she was so encouraging, adapting some of the poses to make them more manageable for me. She is committed to improving physical and mental health through yoga and is very knowledgable, but also has a gentle approach that makes it do-able even for a newcomer in her 50s! Highly recommended!
