I believe teaching should be geared to how the student learns best. While some learn well from presentations and spoken word, others learn better from hands on experience. It's important to adapt style to facilitate this and I have experience in various styles of teaching.
I'm educated in Computer Science, holding a Higher National Certificate (Merit) and work within a system access team too. I hold an ITIL foundation certificate and am currently studying myself in the areas of SQL and CompTIA Security+.
During university I developed some knowledge in training staff (of varying age/ability) in methods of reflection and CPD portfolio building. This included training through presentations and practical activities. I have further experience in guiding users of varying abilities through using applications in their work environment.
