I teach fast track Italian ab initio to A level in 2 years. My students are top linguists and very often they gain places to read Italian at Oxford and Cambridge.
With Adriana I was able to achieve a First in my third year of University. She has a brilliantly efficient yet calm teaching style and was immediately able to identify the areas of my Italian which needed improvement.
She provided me with countless grammar and translation resources and with each lesson my confidence grew hugely in both spoken and written Italian. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
I have an Italian lesson once a week. Every lesson we do as much work as I do during three lessons at college. The benefit of private tutoring! Adriana not only helps me improve my knowledge of the Italian language, but also about the culture of Italy. Thanks to Adriana I achieved an A grade for my AS level . She is a fantastic teacher, always prepared and organised with the syllabus and helping me to achieve the top results.
Adriana has been an excellent A level tutor for my daughter. She is thorough, always fully prepared, not just for the lessons coming up, but for the entire year. Learning a language is not just about grammar and vocabulary but encompasses an understanding of the culture, literature and the arts. Adriana incorporates all these into her teaching. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Adriana to anyone wishing to learn or improve their Italian.
