I will base everything around independent learning- regardless of a group or not. each student i come across will have a different approach of learning, i know my teaching methodology would never interfere with a student expressing their learning how they want to.

I have had plenty experience teaching children, i worked at a primary school for about a month for work experience and this taught me a lot about children. i also have a number of nieces and nephews who i have baby sat and naturally ended up teaching them about maths and science as i know they are curious.
