I am a third year Aerospace Engineering student at Bristol University and I am prepared to give lessons on STEM subjects up to A Level. I currently study and practice a lot of the concepts I learnt at A Level, so I still have a great underlying knowledge of them and look forward to teaching others how to achieve top class results.
My lessons will consist of an explanation of key concepts that the student may be having trouble with, and then in order to ensure they have understood correctly, go through examples or past paper questions. Also, I will always make time to reflect on real world applications of a topic and ensure that the student can relate to how this is used in practice, as I believe this helps to cement understanding and to make the lessons more enjoyable and interesting.
For example if the student is stuck with logarithms, I will go through the laws and rules of how to use them, then explain how they are applied in equations with examples from past papers, then I will explain what their uses are in the real world and how the student could use this theory in the future, depending on their interests and future aspirations.
Before my time studying Aerospace engineering, I studied Maths (A*), Physics (A) and Further Maths (A) at A Level. I am a creative, enthusiastic and empathetic character with a desire to advise and inspire others around me to better themselves and the world around them.
Ever since I was young, i have had the inquisitive mindset to want to know what something is, why its there and how it works. It was this fundamental thinking that led me on the path to study logical and problem solving subjects like I did, and over the years I have grown to love education and learning as it is not only critical to personal growth and development, but it is also key to enable you to give back to society and inspire others.

I think Kieran is great at explaining difficult concepts in a simple and easy to understand way. He is very intelligent and fast learner, so even though he might not know something, he can understand it very quickly and explain it. I would highly recommend Kieran!
I study aerospace engineering with Kieran and it’s very heavy with maths so content-wise he’ll know his stuff.
He’s a patient guy and good at explaining principles making him a good tutor
