Everything I do will be personalised for each person as the individuality and personal goals of the student is important. Generally, my approach is implementing healthy and beneficial lifestyle changes / improvements to better your mental health, wellness and health. This also includes healthy thought process, meals, exercise routines etc but all personally developed & tried and tested by myself.
A personal passion of mine is researching mental health, wellness & improvement as I applied all of the information to my life and reaped the benefits. My future plans are training in psychology and opening my own Mental Health business... I am currently taking the steps to pursue this.
