The ONLY time my eight year old daughter is able to concentrate for more than 30 minutes is when Miss Alanna is in the room. Alanna makes a seemingly impossible task (learning to play the violin) a totally absorbing and fun experience.
I first started taking lessons from Alanna about two years ago. As a very late starter (at the age of 59), I was uncertain what to expect.
It is thanks to Alanna's patience, encouragement and teaching skills, as well as her own inspiring talents on the violin, that have made me grow to love the instrument. I would very warmly recommend Alanna to any aspiring student, including those who fear that it may be too late to learn.
Alanna is both an amazing violinist and teacher. She is extremely committed and moves at a pace that works for you. If you are keen to rapidly improve your violin skills I highly recommend her.
