I teach Cello, Piano and Music Theory.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
I have recently completed a Masters at the Royal Academy of Music in London. Before then I gained my degree at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama where I also took Postgraduate Diploma and the ABRSM Diploma in instrumental Teaching.
- How much do you charge?
£30.00 for an hour, £15.00 for half an hour. There may be an extra charge if I travel to you.
- Where do you teach?
I teach from home in East London, can arrange travel to other areas of London and Essex.
- When are you available?
As a freelance cellist my professional life can be very varied. I am available for teaching most afternoons and evenings, lessons can be arranged on an as and when basis or a set time can be established.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
I have experience with ages 5-adult and cover all levels.
- What kind of experience do you have?
I have experience in both individual and group teaching and also the Colourstrings Method of string teaching.
I am currently a Colourstrings cello teacher at King Solomon Academy Primary School and have taught for Enfield Arts Support Service, Coopers Coburn & Company School, Frances Bardsley School for Girls and Walworth Academy. Whilst in Cardiff I taught at Junior Music and Access Studies at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
