2014 – 2016 PEEL Talent Piano/ Vocalist
Thomson Majesty Cruise Ship
I entertain guests of all ages, performing songs from all genres and taking requests. I perform five times a night, seven days a week. I also provide live music for the Captains Cocktail night.
I pride myself on being the first female solo musician for Thomson Cruise Line, and also representing the company for Newspaper documentaries (Guardian online November 2014) and also in the Thomson brochure (Summer/Winter edition 2014/2015).
I also have the responsibility of being in charge of a Muster Station on board the vessel, and reporting to the Captain when needed.
On 31st December 2015, whilst docked in Funchal, Madeira, I represented the vessel, in a Horn Symphony. This involved our ship and eleven others, playing a symphony on each of our ships horns, to celebrate New Years Eve.
As well as performing, I am also in charge of the show team on board, making sure new team members are secure with their parts, and that all songs and harmonies are up to performance
standard.

As well as being part of the show team, I was also Vocal Captain, which entailed me making sure that all of the harmonies and any vocal numbers were up to performance standard. If we had a new team member join the team, it was down to me to make sure that they learnt all their vocal parts as soon as possible.
I also performed three of my own solo cabarets each week; one slow, one up tempo and one piano cabaret.

2009-2013 Dorridge Music School Head of Vocals

As well as teaching, I would also organise an annual concert at the Birmingham Symphony Hall, showcasing the talents of the students at the Music School.
Twice a year we would also hold the London College of Music exams, at our premises, in which I would be in charge of organising the entrees, the fees and taking care of the examiner over the course of the examination period.
