I have a Bachelor of Music, a postgraduate diploma from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and a Licentiate of the Royal Schools of Music for instrumental clarinet teaching.

I have conducted small ensembles and organised ensemble performance days for my pupils. Performance wise, I often play as a chamber musician and have performed Eb clarinet with the Chandos Symphony Orchestra and the Bristol Concert Orchestra.
