Topic – Content - Goals (at the end of lesson the students know main concepts and formulas, be able to sketch and make applications) - Objectives (learn the formula and the respective variables, be able to explain, graph and solve) - Materials (computer, graph paper etc.) Introduction (of the new topic) - Development (manipulations related to the new concepts and extension) – Practice (work with the worksheets or problems) - Checking For Understanding (do problems on their own and raise questions in order to catch the students understanding) – Closure (Questions: What did you learn? What other questions you have? Why are needed? Etc.)
I have lectured in the University for 8 years and before in the middle schools for 20 years.
I have introduced and developed new subjects in University: Graph Theory, Linear Programming, Discrete Math and GeoGebra software. I have led the experiment of teaching and learning with technology in four middle schools in three regions of Albania (for the first time in Albania) using GeoGebra software. • I have lectured in the University of Debrecen, Hungary, accomplishing the requirements of my PhD studies in this University. Several times I have taught in summer universities organized by the University of Miskolc, Hungary and attended by students of different countries in Europe. • I have a full understanding of teaching and education curriculum crossing borders of countries and nations. I also have experience in learning and excelling at new technologies as needed. • Use computer programs and math programs during teaching and learning process.
• Problem solving; statistical testing and analysis and reasoning
• Use of Excel to solve different and of various nature problems and specially, for math and statistical calculations.
