Teaching is my hobby. I am not a professional teacher but more of a mentor to few kids from school on regular basis. I primarily focus on counselling, problem solving and educating them in Maths, Physics and Computer.
As a full time profession, I work as Senior Software Engineer in a reputed company with 5+ years of exp.

I have always believed in understanding the concepts and know-how of it in real world. I would encourage everyone (irrespective from which field you are).
It is not important to be a topper(if one is mugging up) but it is important to be knowledgable as the latter will help you throughout your life.

About my technique: A mix of both worlds (theory and practical). I don't believe in spoonfeeding. Unless you make students ready for outer world, they will never leave their comfort zone. My approach is to make them understand the concept, have discussion on it (and I'd encourage to ask question), practically seeing the application in real world for know-how understanding and last but not the least challenge my pupils based on the knowledge they have learned.
