About Nathan
I have a BA in Bible and am currently studying for my MA.
Actually, you could say that my entire educational career has been focused upon researching and developing compelling narratives, and I try to use that experience here.
I'm passionate about history and love to tutor students.
From before I even graduated high school I've been teaching and tutoring students. It has always been a passion of mine and this is a great platform for it.
As far as personal stuff... I love to read and research, so I'm pretty geeky in that regard, but I also enjoy games and parties, so I feel I balance it out pretty well.
I have a new puppy and enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

History is human. History is drama. History is our story, and it belongs to all of us.
Modern history textbooks are filled with egregious errors and made-up facts to push political bias.
As my student, you will gain a fresh set of eyes on history that is not focused on political bias and filled with dry recountings of dates and battles, but instead you’ll learn about who these people were and how their desires, fears, and flaws shaped the scope of the world we now live in.
I teach in a style that adds detail and excitement while staying true to the facts.
I don't shy away from the history recorded in the Bible and use it as the foundation upon which to view our world.
Any age is welcome as I have taught 3 years old up to college students in different formats and levels.
