Bachelor degree graduates from Imperial College gives maths lessons to secondary school

Methodology

I am a graduate student studying Mathematics with Statistics for Finance at Imperial College London, I have achieved three A*s at my A-Level. I am aiming to teach students from Secondary School on Maths or Physics, help them to achieve their best at their studies.

Background

I am a recent graduates so I don't have any experiences in teaching yet, but I believe I can help secondary student with their maths problems and aiming to achieve their best result. I have had two work experiences in the financial industry and I have been volunteered to look after primary student for one year.

Internal Audit July 2015 – September 2015 During my internship at Unicredit, I was in the Internal Audit Team and gained valuable experience on Audit Fieldwork and report writing process.

Moreover, I was also exposed to the concept of Credit Value Adjustment which I believe it would be beneficial in my future career.

Intern November 2013 – December 2013 I mainly worked in the Customer Service Team helping and communicating with customers with bank products and account information, also had chance to experience the Credit team and learned about different types of loans, and in the end received positive feedback from colleagues

Project Experience
Individual Project First Year I need to create an individual poster project in my first year, which based on the topic The Borsuk Ulam and the Ham Sandwich Theorem, including a 30 minutes oral presentation
Group Project Second Year In my second year, in a group of three we created a 15 page reports based on Spectral Methods for Partial Differential Equations; together with our studies, we had a 15 minutes presentation in front of the audience, the group project went successfully and which has further developed my teamwork and communication skills.
