I understand that every person, and every body, is different and I use a very holistic approach to fitness. I can look at individual aims and create exercises, which I can walk you through, that will best maximise your time and energy. I usually go to my clients houses and teach them from the comfort of their own home. There is never any judgement and lessons can be tailored week by week as to what will help best mobilise and strengthen your individual body.
I have been at full time vocational ballet school since the age of 11 and understand the body immensely. Due to an injury that has forced me to take time away from dancing I am instead looking to share my knowledge and experience which I have done with many students, friends and family members over the years. I have also worked many times with older people, helping mobilise aching joints and muscles in a calm and healthy way. I am trained in both pilates and yoga and have a great understanding of what the body needs to work at full capacity.
