I was able to accomplish this role by enhancing and developing my original technical abilities to suit that of a successful first line remote support engineer. Working remotely with users who have different versions of Windows operating systems such as Window server 2003, 2008, 2012/R2, Windows Vista/XP, Windows 7 and Windows 10. The architecture of the operating system included both 32 Bit and 64 Bit.
Active Directory on Windows server 2003, 2008, 2012/R2 the role involved; creating new starters both group and individual users, disabling accounts, as well as providing users/group memberships and security group with the required permissions.
Using terminals and Vision App to connect to multiple servers for the required purpose to in order to resolve a variety of server related issue. For instance, to use VSphere to restart Citrix Xen desktop active sessions/ and AD server to unlock/disable/change passwords for user accounts.
