Before we start, we set the goal we want to meet at the end of our sessions to plan which topics we want to cover. The goal is for each lesson to be as interactive as possible to engage the students and maximise the use of our time.
Firstly, I explain all the concepts within the topic. After I make sure that the student is familiar and comfortable with the content, we move on to example questions. I believe that we learn best by applying our knowledge in different contexts and I try to adapt the information we need to learn to student's interest as much as possible. We work on the exam technique using past papers, focusing on any part that may be more difficult for the student. I ensure that all necessary content is covered before we move on to the next topic.
Hi!
I am second year Biochemistry with French for Science student at Imperial College London. I am enthusiastic about science and foreign language learning and I would love to help you in achieving your best potential.
I graduated with International Baccalaureate Diploma achieving 41/45. Previously, I tutored chemistry and maths to younger students at my school. I believe that the most important part of learning process is building the solid understanding of scientific concepts which is later expanded with new information.
