Modelling ideas are a great way to help students interact with science, enabling them to visualise concepts better. Use of media such as websites and videos are also a good supplement as they can reinforce topics recently studied.
Splitting lessons into small sections rather than a starter, main task and plenary is more useful as it improves the pace of a lesson, allowing students to be more engaged.
