Biology can be overwhelming for some students. I prefer to make sure that my students manage to grasp the concept rather than just memorising names. To make it easier, I usually provide case examples of biological components/processes in our surroundings to let them understand the theories by understanding real life examples.
I am a biologist/biomedical engineer with a bachelor's degree in biology, a master degree in biology of human performance and health, and a PhD in biomedical engineering. My teaching experience in biological sciences ranging from as a teaching assistant, a private tutor, a laboratory demonstrator, to a field assistant.
