I begin by assessing pupils to find out both where they are academically and what their preferred learning style is.
I then tailor my lessons to specifically target weaker areas and build exam technique using methods relating to the student's own personal interests.
As someone who is still in school, my teaching style is more of a 'study buddy' than a formal teacher - this, in my experience as a tutor and as someone who received tuition for both GCSE's and A Levels, is a well-received technique that makes students feel more comfortable and more enthused to learn.

Second year undergraduate studying Biomedical Science (BSc) at Kings College London.
4 years of tutoring experience, 100% pass rate with 100% of students achieving two grades above the grade they presented with.
I am an Advanced First Aider, Training Lead and Youth Leader with the Saint John Ambulance, and I hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate. I also am a recipient of a Gold CREST award for completion of a Nuffield Research Project at the University of Cambridge.
Lessons must be canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, or full lesson price will still be charged.
A Level Science Lessons will be £25 instead of £22.50 as these require more external planning.
Recommended lesson time is 1 hour as this allows for re-cap and main content to be delivered in ample time but doesn't allow a student to get tired out. A report will be issued to parents every 5 sessions to detail how their child is progressing.
