My teaching method is usually to go over any unclear content with the student by producing powerpoints on specific topics requested by the student. To ensure clarity we will then go over exam questions for this section to apply this knowledge to.
I am currently a Biomedical Science undergraduate studying at King's College London. I have always been extremely passionate for science and I have been tutoring for the past year and have tutored 7 students at both GCSE and A Level.

My role here mostly involved serving customers on the cash registers, as well as cashing out and restocking shelves at the end of shift. During my time at Smyths I also worked in customer services which included solving customer queries and issues such as refunds.
Loughton Dental Spa, Loughton
This was a week spent shadowing 3 different dentists in order to understand their role further and watch general day to day tasks that they must carry out including root canal treatment, filling work, tooth removal etc. It was extremely helpful to me and confirmed to me that this is the ultimate career path that I wish to follow.
Holly House Private Hospital, Buckhurst Hill
2 weeks was spent here shadowing a number of different professionals in various areas of the hospitals such as phlebotomy, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, dental units etc as well as to admin sectors of the hospital including the reception area and medical secretary offices. This provided me with a lot of insight into the running of a establishment like this alongside the importance of patient care.

Here I executed a number of tasks, for example - dealing with telephone and walk in enquiries and taking down their details to pass on to senior staff members. As well as carrying out general administrative work such as filing,printing,scanning etc.

Here I carried out a number of administrative tasks including re-stocking brochures,creating displays,scanning and filing different documents during my time here. I also spent time answering the telephone to both clients and businesses that work with the firm along with speaking with customers upon their arrival into the shop.
