I would not consider myself to be a perfectionist or perfect individual but one key aspect that has always been noticed by my peers and superiors is that I am very understanding of people regardless of how I am treated and whatever background people come from and I have found this to be a useful trait in all my workplaces. I do no believe in memorising answers but rather helping students come to understand the meaning behind each question and to make them realise it themselves rather than it being forced.
I am a UCL Biomedical Sciences graduate and have had 1 year teaching experience in maths with a small tutoring company where I created my own curriculum alongside my employer and also taught in a small classroom setting. My 1:1 student was accepted into her first choice school thanks to her highly improved maths grades.
