Each program is tailored to your current physical abilities and also to your time availability. I usually run this program on 10 consecutive days, all you need to do is find the time to fit 30-90 minutes per day into your schedule.
As the days progress the sessions will fluctuate in duration, don't worry if you don't feel strong right now, you will feel stronger within a week of beginning and the 10 day Yoga refresh program can be adapted to accommodate a wide range of starting points.
If right now you feel like a weak noodle, don't worry, and also don't fear that this is a bootcamp, it isn't a bootcamp, but we will work within your range of abilities to push you to a better self.

I often work with students who otherwise would not participate in a yoga class, due to confidence, health or time restrictions. Current students range in age from about 30 - 73, with a range of health issues, physical limitations or time restrictions.
I have studied Thai Massage since 2011, applying some of my massage experience to my yoga classes as suitable to the specific student. (In the case of sciatica for example I may work with targeted point pressure to help sooth sciatic pain and help direct the body to healing itself.)
I have practiced Yoga with teachers in the UK, India and California, bringing with me to class what they taught me.
My approach is patient, friendly and welcoming with a focus on that sometimes it is best t push you and other times to encourage you to listen within and not push yourself too much. What I recommend will depend entirely on what I perceive in the individual yoga student.
If you find the idea of Yoga too esoteric then I recommend: call it stretching. I take no offence.
I charge £25 for one-off lessons
If you commit to the full 10 day personalised program you only pay £100 for all 10 sessions.
For this you will receive 5 classes with 1-2-1 attention. No other students in class.
This will help you get started without distraction and with my full attention.
The remaining 5 yoga sessions may have a maximum of 4 students total.
When to book and how to book.
I require strong communication from my students (to help me provide maximum flexibility in scheduling your Yoga program sessions to fit your time table).
I don't offer refunds for missed/skipped classes in the 10 day program. No exceptions. This includes periods and unforeseen events. I will adapt your session to the need of the day. If you lost childcare, then please bring your child along on the day that you would otherwise cancel. (However: Generally it is best to come without your child.)
Most lessons take place in my home, I may be able to come to your home for no extra charge if you live within walking distance from my place. If you live further away I may need to charge a travel fee. You can discuss this with me.
I can not offer free lessons for trial lessons. I take my work very serious and living as a freelancer does not allow me to provide free personalised work. IF I have a group class then it may be possible to join for a trial less, but I don't really approve of free lessons. I think students should be ready to pay their teacher. (Group classes are always much cheaper than private lessons, so paying the fee shouldn't be a big issue, if it is, please send me a message and I am flexible to help you out when there is need. I can not offer discounts on my 10 day refresh Yoga program as it is already priced at less than 1/2 my usual hourly rate, but I enjoy working with students on this program so much that I am making this offer to entice you to give your body & health this opportunity!)
