Birmingham based tutor of art, drawing, illustration, animation and filmmaking. Over 7 years teaching exp. to students with a large range of ages, abilities and backgrounds.
Methodology
My teaching method is uniquely tailored to each individual. I work with them to assess what they want to learn, what level they are at and their specific interests. I then get students to gently expand their abilities and expectations of what is possible, and help them focus their attention on what needs to improve in an objective and non judgemental way.
Experience
I have over 8 years working experience in the creative industries, including commercial and contemporary industries. My personal work has been exhibited and screened worldwide. I have over 7 years teaching experience to students with a large range of ages, abilities and backgrounds. Some of my students have gone on to work professionally within their chosen field. I have a BA hons degree in Fine Art, a PTLLS teaching qualification and I am fully DBS checked.
