About Léa
I always cooked. I was raised in a family of cooks and bakers. My grandfather was a baker with his own bakery shop and taught me everything I know about bread, pastries, baked goods, and cakes. My uncle and father were cooks and had their own restaurant, there I learned all the skills needed to use tools, but also to prepare professional meals. Of course, and more than anyone, my mother taught me a family-oriented style of cooking. For me, cooking is a family business, and I'd be happy to share my passion and recipes with you!

Everyone can cook! I truly believe in that, and from this point of view, I can teach anyone to cook, no matter if you never held a spoon or are used to spending hours in your kitchen. A typical lesson would be from two different types: prepared ahead with recipes and ingredients list; or let's cook with what's left. In the first type, we will choose the recipe ahead of the class, plan the ingredients and tools needed. The day of the class the step-by-step lesson will show you how to make an amazing meal, for you or to share! On the second type of lesson, I'll show you how to be creative with only what you have at home. The teaching includes how to make by yourself what you need and how to upgrade your leftovers! If you already have a target in mind about what you want to learn, I'm happy to help you. If you don't, no worries I'll know exactly what we can prepare together!

Option for me to come to your place with full groceries and tools, an experience all included with an addition of 150$, payed ahead of the class.
If needed a cooking for more than 4 people an addition of 50$ per person is added.
