I teach Dru Yoga and Meditation.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
I am a fully qualified Dru Yoga & Meditation teacher certified by the Professional Register of Dru Yoga Teachers, registered with the Yoga Alliance and Independent Yoga Network.
- How much do you charge?
Coming to your home on a one-to-one Yoga for 1.5 hours is £40. Coming to your home on one-to-one Meditation 1.5 hours is £35.
Group sessions 1.5 hours of 3 or more students is £10 per person, I can come to your home if you have a group of friends who wish to learn Yoga or Meditation.
- Where do you teach?
I teach Dru Yoga at the Unitarian Church, 31 Hoop Lane, Golders Green, London NW11 8BS on Thursday evenings 7.30 to 9.00pm. The closest tube station is Golders Green. Everyone is welcome, including absolute beginners.
I also teach in people's homes on a one-to-one or group basis.
- When are you available?
Monday, Tuesday 9.30am to 2.30pm. Wednesday 11.30am to 2.30pm. Thursday 9.30am to 2.30pm. Friday 11.30am to 2.30pm. I am also free to teach evenings except Thursdays.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
I teach all ages and all levels.

- What kind of experience do you have?
I work on a one-to-one basis and have several clients who will happily provide excellent references. I also teach group sessions and again, references will be readily supplied.

- Tell me about some of your current students.
My current students chose Dru Yoga and Meditation for various reasons; some simply get fit or lose weight, in other cases there was various health issues including, migraine, neck, back and hip injuries or problems. Diabetes and high or low blood pressure. Others simply wanted to learn to be less stressful and process life in a better way. Without exception, all my students have reported a greater increase of energy and say they feel more relaxed and in control of their lives. One student no longer needs pain killers for his hip. Another student blood pressure has stabilised. The migraines have stopped. There is quite literally a life altering class for many students.
