Brisbane tutor for chemistry, economics, environmental studies, biology, english, primary maths, spelling, and much more. Currently a university student at UQ with perfect marks!

Methodology

I am a fourth year Environmental Science Major at the University of Queensland. I love teaching students in primary and secondary school. I will gear my lessons towards what you are learning in class. I will go through the most important aspects first, give you tips and tricks for memory, and give you real life applications. I focus on how your learning relates or could potentially relate to your life because I have found that the knowledge I gained in my early academic years have been incredibly useful. I always try to make learning interesting and fun. School may seem boring sometimes, but anything can be made fascinating if approached in a certain way.

Experience

I have worked with students of all ages, but most recently, I taught K-12 students about microbiology, agriculture, environmental studies, ecosystems, food, and personal health. I also taught a year 8 class on environmental studies for a year. I have worked with primary students on basic maths, spelling, and grammar. I have also worked with primary mentally disabled students and peers with their learning. I have achieved high marks in Advanced Placement Economics, Biology, Psychology, and English Literature and composition. I have studied Japanese for four years and have helped many peers pass their exams. I achieved near perfect marks on all of my chemistry, economics, and environmental exams last year in university. I am patient and have a passion for learning!
