I believe that all of those skills will help me with my future career path, as all of these skills are transferable skills that can be applied in the business field. Midlands Metro Alliance : (18/03/19 - 22/03/19)
Worked with a new team on an employer project which we had to present to a large number of employees in the MMA office (received a certificate as part of evidence). This helped me boost my confidence level due to interacting and communicating with new people. As well as this I gained a range of team working skills such as problem solving skills, decision making skills and feedback skills. This work experience has provided me with the opportunity to understand how things work at MMA and has widened my knowledge about them as a company. Nevertheless, most importantly it has taught me how different departments within a business work together effectively.
