My teaching method is student-centered where I use an inquiry-based approach and tailor the teaching as per student requirements. It mainly involves evaluating the knowledge of the student about the subject, setting the milestones, and achieving them one by one while improving student’s critical thinking which ultimately helps them progress faster.
I am a research scientist who has a Masters in Pharmacology. I have been working at Newcastle University as a full-time staff member for the last 1 and a half years. I have experience in explaining basic oncology research to GCSE, A levels, college students. As a part of my job I also train Ph.D. students for cancer research techniques. I am also a Mensa member.
