- Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach classical cello but can also cater for modern music, pop/rock, improvisation and jazz. I am also able to teach beginning piano and violin lessons, music theory, and aural if required.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
I am a graduate from the Royal Academy of Music, where I completed my postgraduate Masters course this summer. I have also spent a year at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam and studied in the United States for 3 years.
- How much do you charge?
I charge £40 per hour and will also give half hour lessons for £25.
- Where do you teach?
I teach in and around the Salisbury area and am willing to teach at home or at students' homes as required for an additional travel fee.
- When are you available?
As a free-lance musician, my schedule is very flexible. I am available throughout the day on weekdays and weekends and can also teach on a more informal basis dependent on the student's needs.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
I will teach anyone who wants to learn and have had experience teaching the very young, school children and adult learners. Beginners are always welcome and you can be sure to start in good hands.

I believe in making my lessons both fun and informative, and will work with you for pleasure and success. I am dedicated towards helping you realise your full potential - whether this is working towards exams or learning purely for relaxation! - What kind of experience do you have?
During the past 6 years I have taught the cello at primary, secondary and adult levels. I am certified by the Royal Academy of Music and gained a teaching diploma with distinction last spring. I am familiar with the ABRSM Examination Syllabus and can teach for exams or purely for pleasure. As a performer I have travelled across the US and Europe, working with some of the world's foremost conductors and in many of the countries top concert halls.
