Put quite simply, I am calisthenics athlete with a huge passion for fitness coaching! Through consistent years of training, I managed to reach difficult static elements such as the planche, front lever or handstand push ups, my specialty :)
I have been training calisthenics for the majority of my life now. I have been studying medical sport sciences at university and unlike the majority of older generation of coaching I use this to make informed scientific improvements to one's techniques.
Most importantly, I won't just work on your technique, I will also create a special regimen to ameliorate your status as an athlete as far as possible.
