My name is Shaka Helaia.
I am a former professional fighter and certified personal trainer.
I am extremely strict with MYSELF.
I do not allow myself to be lazy. I do not allow myself to be unprofessional.
I've conditioned my body through thousands of hours in the gym.

About the lesson

We will dive in and rate your current skills and see where we can improve whether it's technique, endurance or mentality. Once we learn the task we will execute and boost your confidence for a long run. I will demonstrate the technical aspects of the martial arts and will ask you to replicate with correct form. Our main focus will be towards boxing, kickboxing, weight-lifting and cross-fit so that we can create a controlled inner monster. I will breakdown every move and will make sure the fun aspect is also there. I gained my experience by actually doing it. I started out as a kickboxer then transitioned to MMA and afterwards became a certified personal trainer level 4. I will motivate you! That's my offer.
