I am a professional presenter and voice over artist and the lessons I teach my students I use myself to deliver a clear, articulate, confident and effective performance.
- Which subject(s) do you teach?
I work as an elocution, accent reduction and public speaking coach.
I can reduce an accent or work with you to chance an accent completely. I will work with you to improve your diction, articulation and build your confidence.
I also help develop confidence in public speaking. The thought of speaking in public can be terrifying, but for most of us it's an important part of our job, whether it's speaking at a conference, teaching in front of a class or just addressing your team in a meeting. Nerves and anxiety about how we speak and how we think we come across to others prevents us from expressing ourselves well.

I have a BA (Hons) Degree in Acting from Birmingham School of Acting
- How much do you charge?
I charge £60 for an hours session.
£500 for a 10 week course. This includes a work book that we work through systematically.

I understand that the thought of taking a lesson can be scary but it is my aim to make the lessons fun and enjoyable.

Charlotte has not only helped me conquer my fear of public speaking but has also taught me how to structure a speech which, in turn, has given me the confidence now to start my own brand and secure funds through pitching my idea to potential investors. Her positivity and vibrant personality helps to boost morale and her nerve-calming exercises have really helped me to prepare myself physically and mentally for any kind of public presentation.
Charlotte is the best teacher I have ever met. With her great method of teaching the English sound system, I could not only be aware of how and why I sounded the way I did, but also improve pronunciation with phonetic sounds. She teaches how to sound technically and theoretically using easy-to-understand expression. I couldn't speak English well two years ago when I moved from Japan, but I am now much more confident since someone said my English sounded British. Much appreciated.
As I had no experience of public speaking I was extremely nervous about giving a speech to an audience of strangers and also reluctant to ask for professional help.
I am very pleased that I overcame my reluctance and asked for your help, you quickly put me at ease, teaching me relaxation techniques, breathing techniques with helpful training to improve my diction and speech presentation.
Thank you again, I am happy to recommend your teaching to other nervous public performers.
