Chemical Engineering graduate offers Maths, Physics/Chemistry lessons up to GCSE level students in Birmingham area

Methodology

I'm a chemical engineering graduate & had acquired various work experiences in various industries and in field of education. I like and enjoy teaching Maths, Physics and Chemistry subjects in one to one mentoring/tutoring, a one to one direct instructional model type of teaching, direct interaction with the student, show & demonstrate certain activity to the student and do the activity together and then let the student try to do it by her/himself. Students could be with different abilities and age levels (primary to GCSE levels & adults students, including students have learning difficulties). I make a point that they would love and enjoy Maths, Physics and Chemistry while we are doing the lessons. The way or method of teaching I use will be based and depend on their abilities, how fast they understand and learn the lessons. The lessons will depend on student's level and it should be based on the current England's educational curriculum. Some aided materials will be used especially to those topics that they have difficulty in understanding; provide a broad and balance lessons to each student; set suitable learning challenges, respond to student's diverse learning needs and overcome potential barriers to learning and assessment for each student. There will be short tests/exercises every end of the topic to assess the student, to check if she/he learns the lessons. { If she/he did an amazing improvement, there might be some small simple surprises or gifts as an award to motivate them to study harder } :) :)

Experience

I acquired various work experiences in various engineering industries (in manufacturing/ production/ process; laboratory; purchasing/ logistic/ supply chain; and in technical sales/marketing) which I can share some of these experiences to the students. I had also worked in secondary & 6th form school as Science Support Technician for almost 6 years, provided technical support for learning in Science for years 7 to 11 (including classroom support); in-charge in Chemistry & Biology AS & A Level practical/experiments and do classroom support if necessary, including one to one tutoring for GCSE Chemistry & Physics lessons.

I had experienced tutoring a year 6 student in Maths and Science subjects. I am currently doing volunteering teaching assistant job (plus one to one tutoring) for adults (including students have learning difficulties) in Maths subject (in BAES).

I am enthusiastic and reliable, willing to offer a 'hands on' approach and have the willingness to help other. I make sure that student understands well the lessons I'm teaching, I do it a simpler way based on student's abilities.
Have excellent experience dealing with different level of people and nationalities
