I teach Viola, Violin, Piano and Music Theory and also Maths, Russian and English.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
I am currently studying for a BA Arabic and Russian degree at the University of Leeds. I achieved an A at Russian A level, and an A at Maths AS level and an A* for English GCSE.
I have grade 8 distinction in Viola, and have also passed grade 8 in piano and grade 7 violin.
- How much do you charge?
I charge £20 for all hour lessons and £15 for 45 minutes.
- Where do you teach?
I teach at the students' homes without charge for travel and am willing to travel up to half an hour on public transport from Hyde Park, Leeds. However, if you live further, I may be willing to travel to you at an extra expense.
- When are you available?
I have a very flexible schedule so please get in touch to arrange an appropriate time for you.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
I am very happy to teach viola to all ages and levels, from very beginner to grade 8 standard.
Piano, violin and music theory I teach up to grade 5.
I teach Russian, Maths and English from beginner to GCSE.

I am available to tutor via Skype and have a flexible schedule so can find a time that suits you.
- Do you have a personal message for students?
I am a very enthusiastic tutor and want to encourage my pupils enjoy learning, whether it's just for fun or in preparation for exams. I am very happy to teach students of all ages and standards, so please do not hesitate to contact me.
- What kind of experience do you have?
I have taught viola, violin and piano for several months to children of all ages and abilities.
I also taught English as a foreign language for 6 months in Moscow, Russia to people of various abilities from the ages of 6-60 and I have experience tutoring maths to children from the ages of 12-14 whilst I was in 6th form.
- Do you have an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service, formerly CRB) Certificate?
No, my CRB is not currently up to date.
- Where and with whom did you train?
I studied with David Hume at the Royal College of Music for 7 years.
