I am an experienced performer and teacher; my teaching environment is one thats enjoyable and open minded, with emphasis on building strong aural skills as well as a high level of pianistic or vocal technique and strong theoretical knowledge.

I teach classical piano, classical/popular singing and music theory. I also do vocal coaching for singers and actors, audition technique for actors and monologue work.

- Tell me about your qualifications.

Currently, I am studying BMUS Classical Piano at Trinity Laban Conservatoire, with Christine Croshaw for three years, the late Simon Young for one year, and now with Havilland Willshire and collaborative piano with Eugene Asti. Classical singing is studied privately with Steve Silverman and harpsichord with Steven Devine. I have grade 8 piano with distinction, grade 8 classical singing with merit, grade 8 popular singing, grade 5 theory with merit and A levels in music, drama and english literature after studying at Coopers Company & Coborn School and Sixth Form. Additionally, I currently have a 100% above average pass rate with ABRSM examinations with my students.

- How much do you charge?

I charge £22 for half an hour, £44 for an hour, with a charge of £5 extra if I come to your house. No group lessons given and my rates are charged per student.

- Where do you teach?

I currently teach in Upminster in Essex from my studio beneath my house; I cannot travel to people currently as my travelling time slots are fully booked, unless it is for a one time lesson e.g. preparing for an upcoming audition. I also occasionally teach from Cutty Sark, Greenwich. Please ask for more details if you are interested.

- When are you available?

My current teaching days are on Saturdays or Tuesday evenings in Upminster and week days in Greenwich and surrounding areas.
I can also give short notice one time lessons if I am available, e.g. for auditions/upcoming exams.

- Which ages and levels do you teach?

Anyone from the age of seven for piano and age nine for singing. Acting any age.

- Describe your arrangements for online tutoring.

I do these lessons for occasional piano or singing lessons if people have their exams and I cannot get down from where I live in London during the week, or can do this for theory lessons more regularly.
