I am currently taking a level maths and got an a* at gcse level. Will happily tutor anyone who wants help.
I will go through step by step anything you struggle with/ want more confidence with until you understand it. The next lesson we will check how much you remember and determine together whether we start a new topic or go back over what we have covered.
I'm patient and fairly enthusiastic about maths (have to be to take it for a levels) and encouaging, so can help you gain the confidence needed to pass maths, no matter what stage you are at.
Tutoring year 10's with the new sylabbus for a few months as well as helping year 11's when they get stuck. The Year 10 is getting about 60% in class tests (from 40%) and the Year 11s range from 5-8 (new grades) I am a volunteer teaching assistant in a year 9 maths class (want to be a teacher). I also have younger siblings so know the maths course for KS2 & KS3.
I will have to catch the bus to get to some places which will affect the price slightly. At most it will be £20, but most of the time £15
