3. Learn the footwork and hand movements
4. Combine these with the music
5. Practise the choreography
6. Shoot a video
All this while we laugh and sweat it out for 90-120 minutes.
But about me- Civil Engineer/ Sustainability Consultant/ Travel Dancer with a love to whip up healthy recipes. I am passionate about reducing our carbon footprint while we create innovative living spaces, improve the environment, dance and teach. I deeply care about physical and mental well-being and in the last one year I have been conducting Beginner-Intermediate Bollywood dance workshops in London under the name "London Thumakda" to build a safe yet creative space where people learn Bollywood dance, exercise and most importantly make new friends and/or deeply connect with their old friends.
