Methodology

Book me as your personal skate tutor at a time which is convenient to you and I'll tune our lesson(s) to your ability and specific goals to ensure you learn at a rate which suits you.
Feel free to bring along a friend, family member or partner at no extra cost, but for your own safety and comfort.
I teach in a non judgemental manner and will put you at ease, especially in environments such as bustling city streets or hectic skateparks.
I know how hard it can be learning certain aspects of physical activities from online videos and taking it to the real world.
With my guidance I aim to get you from novice to confident shredder in as few or as many sessions as you need, whether you need just one hour to learn the basics of a certain trick (e.g powerslide) or want the whole summer to refine your overall technique and learn many different tricks.
I can give tips on any of the following which I have a vast knowledge of; skate fitting and hardware compatibility; areas, skateparks and ideal spots for practicing; links with the skating community network; the history (and current state) of skating and skaters in various disciplines.
It's possible for me to teach kids too but not complete beginners, my lessons are most suited for intermediate skaters who want to advance their skills.
Must have own skates and protective gear, although I can recommend or lend mine out in some circumstances, just let me know what you need!
