Computer Science and tech industry professional offering programming lessons in multiple languages
Methodology
Hello!
I am an experienced professional with 2 degrees in computer science, and have been tutoring and teaching children different subjects on an off for the past 5 years. It is only in the past year I have begun teaching computer science although this the subject in which I am the most skilled and have the most expertise and knowledge. My lessons so far have been very successful. I find it easy to teach complex new ideas, as I remember clearly the ways I was able to teach myself, and I simply apply these methods to other people. I will commonly use visual aids, diagrams, and images, as well as a hands on, learn by example approach which I believe are some the most effective methods of learning.
Experience
I have previously studied an BSc and MSc in computer science as St. Andrews University, and have since been involved in the founding and development of a number of startups, working full time in the tech industry for several years.
