Training, nutrition and lifestyle are the 3 key secret factors for success and achieving the body of your dreams. It is my goal to help you modify all 3 of these factors to ensure that you are setting yourself up for success. In order to succeed you must be committed and motivated to do this. I am here to help you and give you guidance, but you will be accountable for your actions. It is you who must make the a conscious effort to follow the structured programme in order to gain results and start making positive changes.
The services I offer my clients are personal training sessions at Anytime Fitness Gym in Poole. I also offer mobile personal training, in particular going to clients homes, nearby park, beach or their workplace. My training programmes include programmes for weight loss; specifically for those who want to lose weight for occasions such as a holiday, wedding or Christmas. Programmes for sports performance, muscle gain, improved toning (6 pack), decrease blood pressure, increased wellbeing and stress reduction and nutritional advice and guidance. I also specialise in ante and post natal training and training for older adults. In addition I also offer a private zumba, street dance training, running event and triathlon training. I am based in Poole, but travel to surrounding areas: Bournemouth, Sandbanks, Upton, Wareham.
