About Zariah
With 7 years of experience teaching Spanish, I have helped around 150 High School and College students reach their language learning goals. My teaching philosophy emphasises practical communication, cultural understanding, and personalised instruction.
I design lessons that combine grammar, vocabulary, and conversation with real-life examples, making learning meaningful and engaging. I adapt my teaching style to each student’s strengths and needs, helping them build confidence and achieve steady improvement.
Many of my students have excelled in exams and successfully applied Spanish in academic and real-world situations. I aim to create a supportive and inspiring environment that makes learning effective, enjoyable, and lasting.

My Spanish teaching approach is focused on strong communication and practical understanding. I believe learning Spanish should help students speak confidently in real situations. I guide students step by step, making sure they feel comfortable and motivated.
Communication is the base of my lessons. I encourage students to speak Spanish from the beginning and practise listening regularly. Grammar and vocabulary are explained in simple words with real-life examples. Flexibility allows me to adjust lessons based on student goals, learning speed, and interests.
Creativity makes learning enjoyable. I use role plays, short stories, visuals, and interactive tasks to help students understand and remember concepts. These methods improve confidence and fluency.
Accountability supports steady improvement. I set clear learning goals, provide regular practice, and review progress honestly. Integrity guides my teaching values, creating a respectful and positive learning space.
Along with Spanish, I teach related subjects such as grammar basics, vocabulary building, pronunciation practice, conversational Spanish, reading comprehension, writing skills, cultural understanding, and basic translation.
