I want to support your children and at the same time, I hope they see me as an inspiration for continuing to learn and focus on the subjects they enjoy, while also helping others around them. I call this the “cycle of inspiring education”.
Currently providing one to one art sessions in the evenings to eight and five-year-old primary school students. Working as a part-time private tutor, I ensure that my students are constantly improving and learning new art skills which involves different forms of mixed media and new art materials. My students are able to confidently produce paintings with independence while also demonstrating a diverse and creative range of art skills gained from the weekly sessions.
I am currently training to become a teacher in primary education and also work part-time in a primary school in Manchester with infant and junior ages pupils.
My personal portfolio contains a range of different categories of design and academic work ever since taking up art and design in high school. I do drawings and sketches using traditional methods (pencil, fine liner pen and watercolours) and ideas generation for my character designs in my personal sketchbook, this includes also converting them to digital drawings.
Alternatively, I am able to work with a variety of mixed media to create final outcomes that can work today in any industry. I like experimenting with taking traditional mediums like watercolour paints and combining them with modern software like Photoshop and Illustrator. I hope to also combine these skills by teaching your child other subjects to create fun and engaging lessons that will at the same time bring out the creativity in each student.

Excellent! Iyeesha has been working with my daughter for almost a year and my child receives a lot of pleasure from studying with her. Iyeesha tries to find a topic that can be interesting for my daughter, they discuss which method will be better for each case, work with different materials on the lessons. I see an improvement in my daughter’s drawing technique. I would recommend this tutor.
A very talented Art student with excellent and polite behaviour! I am looking forward to helping her improve her art skills and development with these lessons.
