My teaching method is as simple as it gets. Keep your basics correct, don’t over complicate things, keep it simple. I believe in consistent hard-work.

Not your basic gym coach. My journey with sports started way back in school where i ran track and then i took up cricket professionally, I have been playing since then. I have been in fitness/sports professionally since the last 10 years.

I have trained various athletes and made them improve their performance in their respective sports. I have worked with Cricketers, footballers and track and field athletes.
I have also trained and helped people lose weight and gain muscle with the help of Cardio, Bodybuilding workouts and yoga.
