These are the "process" skills I use to guide and direct key parts of my training workshop with groups of people such as meetings, planning sessions, and training of participant and leaders through group conversation, inter reaction and led engagement.

Susuana Olatunji Komolafe has being actively involved in community, integrate and leadership development since 2006, I have being an activist promoting the integration of African Caribbean living here in Ireland and in projecting, profiling positive image and highlighting the contribution of Africans Caribbean’s and descendant of Africans Caribbean here in Ireland and around the world. Her focus is being Ireland and also making an impact globally through her participation with different locally organisation, national bodies and international influence. I am a board member and founding member of the first ever Africa Caribbean Forum and after which I established my own organisation called Afro in Diaspora Center and also known as Africa History Month Ireland.
In order for her to achieve her vision, she created various initiatives which is first of his kind here in Ireland to use as medium of successful achieving her leadership role, integrating of her cultural heritage and making an everlasting impact both locally and nationwide here in Ireland. I work around the different counties here in Ireland on different projects as part of my leadership role on community integration and diverse development; I engage with Meath Partnership on their Baseline Study and facilitate part of the workshops. I am also engage on rural development as an activist in campaign for Independent Living for people with intellectual or any form of disability and cultural integration within nursing homes. I have a team I work with on visitation to nursing home performing cultural display to entertain and share our stories. I facilitate creative writing to publish workshop at family recourse centre and with the Irish Wheelchair to allow people to share their stories with the word and our last book was launch recently by Brenda Smith TD a formal minister and our first book was launch by Senator O’Reilly on cultural share.
Since 2010, Susuana Olatunji Komolafe came up with a brilliant idea of our to celebrate Africa as a continent rather than as “Black” Africa are people of various skin color and tone, the continent is the second largest and full of culture, Susuana want us to celebrate Africans living in Ireland both the old and new, the past Africans in Ireland and the modern day generation of new Africans in Diaspora, to celebrate the descendant of Africans and people of African origin that are still part of Ireland and those that have migrate to live in Ireland, she is the sole creator, initiated and the founder of “AFRICA HISTORY MONTH IRELAND” since 2010. An initiative that celebrate all things Africa and African people in Ireland and all around the world, creating a global presence. A new era came since 2017 to broaden our Harrison, since we include, work alongside with Caribbean in Diaspora and those living in Ireland, since as an organisation, we standout has the only organisation African lead leader that work closely with Caribbean living here in Ireland, we also merge with “Africa Caribbean Forum” over the years to celebrate, highlight that “Caribbean History do Matters” We now celebrate Africa & Caribbean History Ireland Month in the month of November showcasing the best of both world a continent Africa & Island of Caribbean which is branded and credited to Susuana Olatunji Komolafe a woman of purpose, inspire by her faith and passion, a gen, an initiator of ideals with the inspiration from God Jehovah.
Featuring Africa Caribbean Authors Day Ireland; Africa Films festival; Africa Fashion Week Ireland; Afro Fashion Show & International Fashion Award Ireland; Africa Caribbean Schools Storyteller by Susuana, Susuana Roadshow; Way Pavers Recognition Award; A National Conference; and A Cultural Fest. All the above are the various initiatives created by this woman nominated as one of the most influential Diaspora women here in Ireland. She has received various award and nomination for award recognizing her contributions both home and abroad. Susuana Olatunji Komolafe is a Way Paver, the initiator, creator, and founder of the Way Paver's Recognition Award under the platform of the Afro in Diaspora Center. She is the founder of the organisation and a great leader here in Ireland working on the integration of African Caribbean in Ireland and creating a global presence through sharing history, education, community development and projected image. Susuana is presently campaign for the government to recognized “Diaspora Movement Matters” with Uplift through petition signing which you can also join her to sign online.

Trained with Certificate in Conflict Management and Conflict Resolution and delivered Training on Conflict Management and Resolution with experience of working with various coordinators on different Peace Funding project in County Cavan and sort for fund under the Peace Fund which were approved for Peace project.
