With experience teaching group exercise classes from dance, HIIT, bootcamp, spin, body pump, step, conditioning and toning, and aerobics. I have delivered 1-1 personal training support also including developing strength, decreasing body fat, tailoring nutritional habits and increasing self confidence.

£20 per person for any group lesson

Cancellations must be no less that 48hrs prior to the session otherwise the session will still be charged.
